In this Publicis Sapient company review, I am discussing different medical benefits the organization offers.

People can take leaves for a natural birth, adoption, miscarriage, surrogacy and illness arising in pregnancy. 10 days of paternity leaves can be taken for the birth/adoption of a child by full-time/part-time employees.

  5. Covid reimbursement: Covid-induced hospitalization and home quarantine are covered separately for PS employees.

  6. Sick leaves: Employees can take sick leaves for themselves, spouses, kids and even pets.
